Job Description

SUMMARY

About the Company:

Our client specializes in providing comprehensive Manpower Recruitment Services from India to various sectors including Foreign Governments, Hospitals, Construction Companies, Hospitality Sector, Education Sector, Corporate Sector, and Transport Sector.

Electrician

We are seeking an Electrician to contribute to the achievement of our company's objectives by improving productivity and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment at our company. Additionally, the Electrician will be required to demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform and move between jobs in any functional area of the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:

Liaise closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and attend to breakdowns as required
Clear all refuse in the working area and after the completion of every job
Ensure that the working area is well organized, neat, and tidy to the highest hygiene standards
Carry out work in line with documented procedures
Maintain 100% hygiene and cleanliness in the factory at all times
Assist in projects to increase production efficiency
Embrace the Company Vision and practice it in all aspects of work
Actively work on waste reduction in various forms
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety
Support and promote the highest standards of hygiene at our company Group
Perform other tasks or duties as required

Salary Range: Rs 50,000 to Rs 75,000

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Knowledge of PLC and electrical drives and gears
Knowledge of engineering tools and drawings
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Education/Qualification:

University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Experience:

3 years of experience in independently managing the Electrical department in a continuous food process industry

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role
Solid understanding of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and procedures

Benefits

3 years Contract, if performance good renewed for another 3 years. In-case contract is renewed, then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years. Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (India-Fiji-India) free of cost every 3 years. Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5,000 per month. Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days, Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
