Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers and understand their needs regarding automobile products (cars, motorcycles, accessories).
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about vehicles, their features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from inquiries to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Test Drives: Coordinate and conduct test drives, showcasing the features of the vehicles and answering customer queries.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Assist customers in making purchase decisions by providing competitive pricing, options, and financing plans. Negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation, whether via phone, email, or in-person engagement.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, finance applications, and customer records. Update daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address post-sale issues and ensure excellent after-sales service and support for customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in automobile sales or a customer-facing sales role (freshers welcome to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present and persuade.
  • Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of automobiles and a willingness to learn more about new models, features, and technologies.
  • Customer-Centric: Focused on providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with using CRM software and MS Office; ability to manage sales documentation efficiently.
  • Personal Attributes: Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a passion for sales and automobiles.
