JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Initiation:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Conduct thorough project feasibility assessments, risk analysis, and cost estimation.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets.

- Identify project dependencies, resource requirements, and critical milestones.

- Obtain project approvals and initiate project kick-off activities.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring:

- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure project progress according to plan.

- Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and change requests.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts.

3. Team Management and Leadership:

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Define roles and responsibilities for project team members and provide clear direction.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

- Resolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain project momentum.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to project team members.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and

team members.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues.

- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

5. Project Closure and Evaluation:

- Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes and obtain final acceptance from stakeholders.

- Conduct project post-mortems to assess project performance and identify lessons learned.

- Document and communicate project results, including achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

- Facilitate the transition of project deliverables to operational teams, ensuring smooth handover.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration) or equivalent

experience.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering complex projects successfully.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Qualifications Essential/Desirable UG : B.Tech/B.E. Computer Science PG: MCA/MBA, M.Tech - Any Specialization. Preferred PMP Certification

Experience Essential/Desirable : Min 8 Years.

Key Competencies :

Competencies include knowledge, skills, behavioral aspects etc. Manufacturing Industry background using ERP application 8 years of experience with 70% Functional and 30% technical more in manufacturing module as well as well supply chain (Order Management, Inventory and purchasing,)
