Job Title: .NET Lead Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced.NET Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in.NET development, software architecture, and leadership. As a .NET Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of.NET developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient applications.

- Write clean, scalable code using.NET programming languages.

- Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and best practices, including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Architect and develop technical solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Review and optimize existing systems by analyzing business objectives and identifying areas for improvement.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using C#.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.

- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in.NET development and implement best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in.NET development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, and MVC frameworks.

- Strong experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

- Experience with database management using SQL Server and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.

- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and mentor a team.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
