Role & responsibilities
Job Description:-
- Preparation of daily/monthly reports to senior management
- Active involvement in making KPI Deck and CEO Note
- Active involvement in making Site Profitability Report
- Active involvement in making New Acquisition Health Analysis Report
- In-charge of formation of SIPOC and SLA tracker for all activities and responsible for customer collaboration and feedback in the same.
- Adhoc analysis as per business requirement.
- Report Simplification and Automation.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Active involvement in Tableau project for report Automation.
