Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Analytics Skills: Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques to large datasets.
• Data Gathering & Analysis: Gather and vet relevant data, analyze trends, and provide forecasting that leads to impactful and implementable insights for business stakeholders.
• Report Design: Design reports tailored to business requirements, identifying appropriate data sources and enabling stakeholders with the relevant data.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify challenges and generate actionable insights.
• Automation: Drive automation of manual reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Performance Reporting: Create performance reports for the field workforce and partners.
• Management Review Preparation: Prepare performance review decks and notes for management reviews, presenting actionable insights.
• KPI Reporting & Governance: Provide consistent, timely, recurring KPI reporting, analysis, and governance of all reports circulated from the central performance desk.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements to streamline operations and eliminate transactional issues.

Required Skills:

• Experience in the active/passive telecom business and data analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and VBA.
• Demonstrable experience with Python, Power BI, and SQL is an advantage.
• Proven ability to process and extract insights from disconnected data sets.
• Strong ownership, program management, and organizational skills, with experience in stakeholder management and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in managing a team.
