Job Description
- 4+ years of experience working within performance marketing analytics, web analytics, eCommerce or digital marketing
- Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Experience in programming languages and stats packages ( e.g. Python, R); experience in experiment design, causal inference and CLTV development
- Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and drivers of Traffic, Conversion and Revenue.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing programs not limited to SEO, PPC, Programmatic Display/Video, Social and Affiliates.
- Experience in driving end to end measurement programs and campaigns including measuring effectiveness (ex. Marketing Mix Models) , ROI and Efficiency
- Strong fluency in translating complex data into crisp insights, actions and recommendations
- Ability to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership level
- Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
- Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues
- Cultivates a strong Test and Learn culture within the broader Marketing team within Retail and Apple.
- Bachelor s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field. Master s Degree preferred
