Area Manager- O & M

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned areas, ensuring efficient maintenance and optimization of telecom infrastructure.
  
• Lead a team responsible for operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, providing guidance on troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to O&M practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Operation Maintenance or similar field.
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; M.Tech preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of O & M ISP, OSP, OLT, ONT technologies from Ciena or equivalent vendors.
  
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
