Team Leadership:

Capability to lead and manage a team of 10+ Team Leaders and Circle Coordinators.

Task Orientation:

A result-driven professional with a strong focus on achieving set goals and objectives.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of Transport Technologies such as SDH, OTN, CEN, and OLT.

Proficiency in MPLS, Cisco Routers, and LCDs.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams, including NOC, Operations, and Planning.

Migration Expertise:

Understanding and experience in managing migrations like upgrades, ring splitting, transport equipment swaps, and transport capacity upgrades.
