Assistant Manager - Network

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing IT infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring and managing network equipment including routers, switches, firewall.
• Maintaining the day-to-day IT operation.
• Network Monitoring to maximising network performance.
• Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Configuring and managing of Access list, DHCP IP Sec tunnel, VLANs, Routing & Switching.
• Configuration and maintenance of MPLS technology.
• IT Asset & Inventory Management.
• Manage and implement IT Securities policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper Documentation process is in place.
• Handling Helpdesk & Service Desk.
• Managing Helpdesk & Engineer Team.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Management including Network and Servers.
• A good command of English and able to handle offshore users.
• Hand on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL Firewall & Barracuda Firewall.
• Should have knowledge about Hardening of Network devices.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall, routers, switches.
• Should have knowledge and implementation experience on routing protocols BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP etc.
• Should be open to work in 24*7 environments. Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 & PCI framework.
