Store Incharge

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the opening stock as per reports on daily basis specially running items.
• Verify all the incoming material according as per report & invoice
• Verify all the all the last day activity (in out)& rectify the error if any.
• To ensure the sticker is updated as per work instructions
• Train the team of new activities.
• Ensure good & ok condition packing as per work instructions
• Ensure the bin or box are clean at time of packing checking.
• Ensure Material quality check before arranged the location
• Maintain his chain standards
• Keep store organized and in fine image (cleaning & nice displaying decoration )
• Daily issues reported to the boss
• 5S Activity, Kaizen
• Daily meeting with Store Assistance.
• Responsible for implementation of EMS & OHSAS
• Responsible for organizational safety

AUTHORITY:-

1) If any material received short Qty. putting short Qty In invoice and GRN

2) If material not to be proper receiving condition hold the material.

3) Material received signature.
