BTPL is a ultra modern mould manufacturing company carrying on a business of manufacturing Moulds & Injection Moulding as per Customer Requirements, since 1992.
Company has developed the skill sets in field of manufacturing moulds for various segments in the industry & up to machine tonnage of 1600T. Mr Bharat Shah, MD of BTPL; possesses 20 + years experience in Manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulds up to IMM capacity of 1600 tones.
Bharat Technoplast (formerly known as “Bharat Industries”), company was established by our MD Mr. Bharat Shah in 1992. In 1993, we started our “Tool Room” facility in Charkop, Kandivali(W). Catering to White Good Industries. From 1999, we shifted our focus to “Automobile” sector starting with injection molding facility. In 2011, we started our Injection Molding facility in Daman.
In 2013, changed our company legal status from partnership firm to “Bharat Technoplast Private Limited”. In 2014, we expanded our Injection Molding facility at 2 different locations : Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabadted started catering as indirect supply to Ford. Recently Tata & Suzuki Motors Private Limited have added us as tier II supplier. Chakan, Pune- started catering as indirect supply to Mahindra & VW. Recently FCA Jeep as well as Ford added us as tier II supplier.
Mission: Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our customers by delivering fast, reliable & superior solutions & products that are unsurpassed by our competition. Through solid relationships, we utilize, proven business practices that assist our customers to be the best value provider in their respective marketplace.
Vision: To be recognized as an innovative high precision injection mould & component manufacturer and provide greater value to our customer by Value-added services, Better processes , Resource availability. Provide superior quality tooling solutions (i.e., Lower price, quick delivery, higher lifetime value).
