DESIGNATION : ASST. MANAGER

REPORTS TO : PLANT HEAD

INCUMBENT PROFILE:

• Education: BTECH ( MECH.), PGDBM OPERATION
• Experience: 6-8 yrs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve cost-effective production consistently.
• Achieve 100% target vs. actual demand.
• Achieve 0% line losses of customer line.
• Ensure planned production achieve as per requirement
• Monthly raw material planning as per given schedule by the customer
• Monthly machine capacity planning as per customer schedule.
• Lean manufacturing techniques.
• All resource planning to achieve target and control of all resources.
• Daily production performance monitoring.
• Monthly ITR calculation to maintain proper inventory.
• New tool trail planning with regular production.
• Maintain daily safety stock of FG.
• Raw material shortage review with purchase dept. to avoid line losses
• Ensure shop floor safety and 5’S.
• Ensuring that the production is cost-effective..
• Ensure production for timely completion against schedules
• Ensure effective implementation quality / EMS / OSHAH systems.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• management process and best practices like Lean / Kaizen / 5S
• Coordinating with all departments.
• Action plan of KPI
• Daily dispatch review and dispatch planning as per target.
• Responsible for organizational Safety
• Chairman of KAIZEN committee
• Member of ERT

AUTHORITY:

• Off load production planning authority as pr requirement.
• FG stock and raw material stock review authority.
