Role & responsibilities

• Manpower planning & Recruitment - Must be able to Handle Recruitment through various mode, online Naukri.com, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Campus recruitment, Advertisement in Newspaper, Walk-in interview etc.
• Induction - proper induction at plant level to get employee familiar with policy and procedure and help him to Acclimatize.
• Performance management system (PMS) - able to understand and analyze the employees performance and able to identify the gap so that it can help the individual to align to improve and able to align with organization goal.
• IR & Legal - Must be sound in Statutory Compliance of different Act Factory Act/ PF Act / ESI Act / Gratuity Act / Bonus Act etc. Various returns under Labour Enactment/ labour codes etc.
• C&B / Payroll: well conversant with software for Payroll processing, salary/ wages, attendance, leave management.
• Exit / NOC - Responsible for computation of full & final settlement Responsible for release of relieving cum experience letter ETC
• Maintenance of Personal Record - Appointment, confirmation, warning letter etc.
• Taking care joining formalities, issue offer letter, appointment letter and coordination for Induction, follow up for pre & post hiring docs, visiting cards etc.
• Responsible for Mediclaim & GPA policy, with updation of employees details for premium calculation of new joinees & resigned for each month.
• Monthly HRMIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

Able to work independently that person will be SPOCfor all matters related with HR operations within the organisaiton

Able to co-ordinate with plants HR and ready to travel plant monthly is must.

Experience in Manufacturing Industry is mandatory candidate from service industry experience will not be considered
