Attendance Management

• Overlook the attendance management of all employees.
• Daily checking of attendance through machine and cards
• Keep a record for same updated.

Recruitment

• Overlook the recruitment process with Assistant Manager
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Monitor monthly payroll.

• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information and processing payroll and statutory compliances timely.
• Ensure all statutory compliances are as per law and payments are completed on time.
• Ensure all statutory documents are updated in the plant.

Employee Management

• Monitor employee requirements such as loan, leave, grievances.
• Manage and implement employee engagement activities, including celebration of various festivals, site wide parties, wellness programs, tax support etc.
• Manage the Rewards and Recognition program at site in co-ordination with various teams
• Co-ordinate with department head to ensure training and development.
• Create a central PMS to ensure review process is implemented at site as per defined timelines
