The Role:
- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore.
- You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new enterprise clients, expanding our presence within existing accounts, and driving strategic CRM initiatives across the market.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales professional who believes in the power of Spend Automation to revolutionize the way businesses manage payments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business from enterprise clients.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with C-level executives, demonstrating the value proposition of Mswipe's enterprise suite of applications.
- Manage complex sales cycles, effectively navigating negotiations and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams (e. , marketing, support) to create and nurture leads, driving successful sales conversions.
- Utilize CRM tools to forecast sales activity, track progress, and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that clearly differentiate Mswipe's offerings.
- Build a strong network of contacts within the FinTech sector and actively participate in industry events.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring positive long-term relationships and valuable references.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FinTech or payments industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital payments technologies and the FinTech landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of BFSI industry KPIs and deliverables.
- Passion for FinTech and digital transformation
