Position Overview:
A Strategic Marketer to act as a layer between marketing execution and the product team.
This role requires a creative marketing mindset to drive strong market entry, compelling positioning, and an optimized content funnel for lead generation and conversion.
Ideal candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in managing and ideating marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft unique value propositions and core messaging frameworks tailored to different audience segments.
- Develop brand storytelling that resonates with customers.
Creative Content & Hook Ideation:
- Brainstorm content hooks and narratives to engage different customer personas.
- Ideate viral content angles, leveraging emotional storytelling, data-backed insights, and innovative formats.
- Collaborate with execution teams: designers, copywriters, and video producers to develop high-impact creative assets.
Marketing Funnel Optimization:
- Define the full-funnel content strategy, from awareness to conversion.
- Ideate lead magnets, webinars, case studies, and interactive content to nurture prospects.
- Optimize landing pages, ads, and email sequences for maximum conversion.
Campaign Execution & GTM Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure GTM execution aligns with strategic positioning.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, partnerships, influencer collaborations).
Performance Tracking & Iteration:
- Monitor KPIs, campaign analytics, and customer feedback to refine GTM tactics.
- Iterate based on insights to enhance message resonance and conversion rates.
