Fashion Design Manager - Genz (Women's wear)

Key Responsibilities:

To manage the womens design portfolio & take full ownership of it.

This is a high-impact role and needs a candidate with a self-starter approach, creativity and proactive mindset.

Must Haves:

8+ years of experience primarily in women’s westernwear

Varied Industry Experience across diff. formats

Strong trend awareness & aesthetics including Gen Z and the newer customer base

Should be able to help build strong design concepts and collections for commercially successful lines

Same should be backed by real time insights through consumer & market research and trend forecasting

Knowledge of design software and tools

Forge strong cross functional partnerships

Nice to have:

Great communication skills

Should believe in collaboration & achieving goals through team work

Stakeholder management skills
