Role Summary

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. The goal is to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for operations, team development, and management of fulfillment centers across India (Third-party as well as company-owned).

- Negotiating with the third-party micro warehousing vendors, implement and track desired SLAs, and improve relationships over time.

- Setting up e-commerce operations which include warehousing, fulfillment, customer service, order fulfillment, and marketplace.

- Lead, motivate and support a large team of outward, inward, and reverse logistic operations within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. This will include the setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports & manage contractual labor to improve performance.

- Driving all critical day-to-day metrics for inbound, outbound, Return RTO, Liquidation, Marketplace, SOR to control overall P&L.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement those by collaborating with various teams to deliver the best customer experience cost-efficiently.

Must Haves

- 6-8 years of relevant experience working in a B2C e-commerce/marketplace model of business in the order fulfillment and operations department.

- Good at data statistics and analysis, good text expression ability, and program production and implementation. Should have worked on improvement and process excellence projects aimed at streamlining activities to show these skills.

- Strong leadership, good at organization, coordination, communication, planning, and decision-making.

Nice to Have

- Six Sigma / Lean / Agile Certification.

Language Proficiency: Marathi.
