Position Overview:

The Sales Officer at Faber Platinum Studio will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of premium kitchen appliances and accessories, such as chimneys, hobs, built-in ovens, and dishwashers. The role involves direct interaction with customers, providing excellent sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-end showroom environment. This position plays a key role in meeting sales targets and promoting the Faber brand within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation and Target Achievement:
   
• Actively engage with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with their requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management by promoting Faber products.
• Upsell and cross-sell products in the showroom to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of Faber appliances.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and product advice.
• Provide after-sales support, including follow-up calls, issue resolution, and product care instructions.
• Create a positive and engaging customer experience by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
   
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Keep up to date with new products, product launches, and industry trends to educate customers and stay competitive.
• Maintain the showroom display with a professional appearance and ensure that all products are properly presented.
4. Inventory and Stock Management:
   
• Assist in maintaining the showroom inventory, ensuring that products are available and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with the back office and suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
5. Sales Reporting and Administration:
   
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
• Prepare sales reports for management, providing insight into customer preferences and sales trends.
• Update customer information and sales details in the companys CRM system.
6. Collaboration with Marketing and Promotions:
   
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and drive sales.
• Assist in organizing and executing events, product demonstrations, or exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
7. Feedback and Market Insights:
   
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the management team regarding product performance, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Share any market trends or competitor activities that could impact sales strategies or product offerings.
