Job Summary:

Stanley Lifestyles is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing residential and commercial interiors, with a deep understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and functionality. The candidate should be proficient in key design software, including SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD, to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for both residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed design layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
• Create 2D and 3D models, floor plans, and renders using design software (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet technical requirements and specifications.

2. Client Interaction:

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure the design vision is achieved and expectations are met.

3. Project Management:

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and manage the procurement process.
• Oversee the execution of designs, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.

4. Technical Expertise:

• Utilize technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools to create detailed drawings and plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Stay up-to-date with new design trends, materials, and technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other design team members to ensure a cohesive project approach.
• Support junior designers and assist with training and mentoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Any Diploma, BArch, or Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio that showcases a variety of residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial arrangements, and material selection.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.

Additional Skills (Optional but Preferred):

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentation purposes.
