Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or showroom sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Demonstrate products effectively to customers and explain their usage.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including product displays and inventory.
Process sales transactions accurately, including invoicing and billing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall showroom goals.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in showroom, retail, or mall sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
