Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate sales, field sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This role demands exceptional sales acumen, communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution: o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o Identify and approach potential clients in the corporate and leisure sectors. o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Establish strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders. o Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow client accounts. o Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 3. Field Sales Activities: o Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients. o Promote hotel services and offerings through in-person interactions and presentations. o Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand the client base. 4. Market Analysis & Reporting: o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business opportunities. o Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. 5. Collaboration: o Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. o Provide input on marketing initiatives based on client needs and industry trends.
Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's / Master degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in hotel sales, field sales, or corporate sales within the hospitality or related industry. Skills: o Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication. o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Personal Traits: o Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Self-motivated and capable of working independently. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
