Job Description :
- Should have experience in both INFRA as well as AMS, as we will supporting applications as well as Infra side of things for Banking.
- Banking/Payments domain experience is must.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
- Experience of rebadging resources would be great to have.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project governance.
- Experience in Payments(RTP).
- Creates and Maintains Project Plans: Develops, and continually updates, detailed project/program management plans.
- Develops work breakdown structures based on the project objectives and scope.
- Ensures PM methodology is adhered to.
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Manage Project Status Reporting: Prepares status reports to convey project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk, status, change requests, and critical issues to the client and project team.
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Incorporates regular updates from each functional team.
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
- Should exhibit maturity is collaborating with senior members of customer team and establish effective governance.
- Analysing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization.
- Should have managed team size of 100.
- Payment experience must to have along with infra, production support, Applications & Infrastructure Managed Services (AMS) exp. must to have it.
- Service Delivery Manager with banking/payment and RTP exp must to have with production support exp.
- Open for 24-7 support if needed.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Infrastructure and Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Strong background in the Banking/Payments domain (RTP experience is a must).
- Hands-on Production Support experience across applications and infrastructure.
- Experience in Service Delivery Management and Service Optimization.
- Exposure to rebadging resources is a plus. Strong skills in Stakeholder Management and Project Governance.
- Ability to create and maintain Project Plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Proven leadership, managing large teams (100+ members) in 24/7 environments.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills. Open to 24/7 support as required.
- ITIL and PMP certifications are an added advantage.
