Job Description:
As a CAD Executive at BEACON India, you will be responsible for supporting our design and engineering teams by creating accurate and detailed CAD drawings and models. Your primary role will involve utilizing industry-standard CAD software to produce technical drawings and plans based on project specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings for various projects, including building design, infrastructure, and mechanical components.
- Ensure that all CAD drawings and models adhere to industry standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Review and interpret technical data, sketches, and specifications to accurately translate design intent into CAD drawings and models.
- Contribute to the revision and modification of existing CAD drawings and models as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of CAD work in support of project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and models.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the engineering, design, or construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

·Thorough understanding of the assigned territory and the “territory mapping” to be a continuous exercise all through the assigned period of current responsibility.

·Imbibe the art of “Cold Calling” and sustained prospect-engagement by putting this into practice.

·Plan activities at the beginning of each week with a conscious perspective on,

·New Business & Territory mapping

·Work actively with the reporting manager to plan and earn the allocated incentive.

·Effectively meet the prospect either as a cold call or through appointments and lead him to the discussion table – so the experts can work to provide a value solution.

·Set up meetings with potential clients.

·Clear understanding of complete product line that BEACON offers.

·Become astute at other Lead Generation techniques including working through various Databases, Inside sales team, Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media.

·Become good at preparing and delivering presentations on products proposed

·Working as a team member with technical consultants and building efficient communication channel with company technical resources and prospect needs

.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of CAD softwares in support of project timelines and milestones.
