Sales Manager

• Manage and grow aftermarket business by exploring new product opportunities and establish good working relationship & Partnership with distributor/Channels.
• Explore All-makes / interchangeability opportunities to expand business horizons.
• Put together a long-term business plan for aftermarket along with execution methodology.
• Assist Marketing to conduct aftermarket market research and analysis.
• Micro manage the order receipts, production planning, import order booking, logistics and dispatches for aftermarket business.
• To procure sales orders for various products for aftermarket.
• Active follow up of leads generated.
• Finding new avenues of selling products thru customer expansion.
• Follow up with manufacturing department for timely order fulfilment.
• To remain in active correspondence with customers & leads at all times.
• Ensure receipt of payments against all invoices within agreed limits.
• Initiates customer complaint from for complaints received and close them on resolution.
• To serve as single window point of contact for all customer related issues.
• Finding ways of enhancing corporate image of company through presentation & marketing techniques.
• To find way of expanding dealers and service network.
• Handling Distributors and ensuring product availability in the Pan India.
• Making Primary sales.
• Designing campaigns for distributors, retailers and executing sales related activities.
• Managing the sales channel and handling the demand supply process.
• Leading, training & monitoring team members to ensure efficiency in business operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Tracking analyzing and reporting on competitor activity.
• Participating in schemes formation & creating awareness about the schemes.
• Driving and leading the team to achieve Sales targets and goal sheets given by the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identifying and exploring new market opportunities.

Placing indent/Inventory control/Stock liquidation.
