Retail Sales Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Implement Centralized CRM and ensure that all the sales activities are recorded in CRM, Sales team work according to CRM.

2. Coordinate with the 'Zonal & State Sales Team', 'Dealers & Distributors' and ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved by Sales team.

3. Establish a Channel Network for Sales, Service, and Spares in Pan India. Ensure that the sales team fulfills targets of new Dealership development.

4. Weekly share MIS related to RETAIL SALES.

5. Must be open to take more responsibilities in sales & service.

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA; Bachelor of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering, Agriculture Engineering

2. Minimum experience of 10-15 years is required in the related domain: - "Retail Lead / Head in Agri machinery Sales".
