We are looking for an admin executive who can perform all admin related duties such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activities
Office Administration, Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management, Travel Bookings, Stationery Management, Cafeteria Arrangement, Security Management, Cab Facility, Fire safety equipment maintenance and emergency exit, Event management, Facility Management, International visitor management.
Cost control measure through better pricing and vendor management.
Guide control all the outsourced staff and review the current workflow and amp; processes and recommended solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources.
Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
Basic Computer Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
She should have good communication and written skills(in English). Should maintain all office books, do billing in Tally, GST Return filing, maintain office accounts, Maintain office Inventory etc.
