Bert Labs is an International Award Winning, one of the fastest growing AI Innovation Companies in the world. Founded in 2017, Bert Labs is growing at 300% year on year to be USD 1 Billion global revenue by 2027-28. And bringing in Business Transformation impact across industries.

Bert Labs is bringing USD 360 million in energy cost savings and 60 million Tonnes of carbon footprint reduction with 100+ clients in India & globally. And USD 460 million in production cost savings. At Bert Labs, we are leading ClimateTech as we tackle complex challenges through Bert Geminus First Principles, powered by Deep Neural Network Operational Digital Twins prediction, and Bert Optimus Reinforcement Learning optimization. These are facilitated by Bert Nova Multi-Tenant Distributed Computing, Bert Maximus IoT Devices, and Bert Qrious IoT-powered Wireless Sensor Network, all part of the Bert Platform Solution, driving Business Transformation Goals on Sustainability, Energy Efficiency Improvement, Net Zero, and Production.

We consistently innovate, filing 4-5 patents monthly, totaling 50-60 patents annually across various regions. Anticipating accelerated innovation, we aim to file 100 patents per year in FY 2025-26, 150 patents in FY 2026-27, and a remarkable 400 patents in FY 2027-28.

Responsibilities:

- You will be leading the strategy and execution of the Company's vision to make Bert Labs as one of the most admired Global brands. And one of the most admired Global Institutions.

- You will be leading the strategy and execution of creating an ecosystem in India and Global geographies for the Company, where Company can attract best of local and global talent.

- You will be leading the strategy and execution of Bert Labs Human Capital Recruitment, the process, the KPIs and the timelines.

- You will be leading the strategy and execution of Bert Labs Human Capital Induction and Training, the process, the KPIs and the timelines.

- You will have the co-ownership along with the Techno-business Leads/Leaders to drive and ensure complete alignment of every Bert Labs member towards Company's stated value systems, integrity, ethics and corporate governance.

- You will have the co-ownership along with the Techno-business Leads/Leaders towards strategy and execution of on-going training requirements of individual Bert Labs members for their complete alignment towards Bert Labs value system, and their and their team's KPIs.

- You will have the ownership towards leading Company's Business partners for them to help the Company to achieve all its Human Capital goals and objectives.

- You will have the ownership towards building the ecosystem in India and Global geographies to enhance employability in the industry, through defining, sharing and implementing best practices.

- You will have the ownership towards complete understanding for the Company, on Laws, policies, procedures related to employment of different state governments and the Central government.

- You will have the ownership towards complete understanding for the Company on Laws, policies, procedures related to employment of different state governments and the Federal government in USA, UK, France/Germany/EU, UAE/MENA, Singapore/APAC.

- You will have the co-ownership along with the Techno-business Leads/Leaders towards establishing and leading relationships with Top Universities/ Institutions/ Colleges in India and USA, UK, France/Germany/EU, UAE, Singapore, to achieve Bert Labs Talent acquisition goals.

- You will have the co-ownership along with the Bert Labs IPR Leader and Researchers towards establishing and leading relationships with Top Universities/Institutions/Research Labs in India and USA, UK, France/Germany/EU, UAE, Singapore, to achieve Bert Platform Solution- Innovation goals.

- You will have the ownership of bringing in innovative ideas on all facets of Human Capital, through your ingenuity and research. You will keep updating the documents the same, provide regular training to Bert Labs members on the same as part of organization wide implementation.

- You will own Bert Labs Human Capital software platform and regular information updation on the same. And regular upkeep of all the documentation of policies, procedures and systems.

- You will have the co-ownership of setting very strong precedence towards all company -employee relationships, where employees conduct breach of trust towards their employment and the company. You will lead yourself and the company with highest standards of expected objectivity, maturity, wisdom, foresight, integrity & ethics, unbiased and strength of character.

- You will have the co-ownership along with the Techno-business Leads/Leaders of setting up Bert Labs Performance management system, its tenets, process and structure.

- You will have the co-ownership of implementing along with the Techno-business Leads/Leaders, Bert Labs Performance management system, organization wide, quarterly.

- You will have the ownership of creating and sustaining Bert Labs culture of merit and performance and drive recognition and rewards, quarterly, half-yearly and annual.

- You will have the co-ownership of the organization wide attrition rate of the company.

- You will have the ownership of running Bert Labs Human Capital as a P&L function of the company.

Required Qualifications:

- Engineering degree from IITs/BITS/NITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS

- Master's in Business Administration from XLRI/XIMB/TISS/SCHMRD/IIMs/FMS/MDI/ IMT/NMIMS/JBIMS/ Top Business Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore

- Proven relevant work experience (as above) in Human Capital Leadership in Product/Platform/DeepTech/ AI/IoT/Semiconductor/Embedded Systems/IT Services company for minimum 5 years in established, reputed, growing companies and minimum 5 years in early stage high growth companies

- 10 - 15 years of total experience
