Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales activities, including primary sales, channel sales, and distributor management.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and retailers to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through general trade channels and execute strategies to expand market presence.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (primary sales, channel sales).
  
• Strong understanding of general trade principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with dealers/retailers.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
