Area Sales Manager || Construction Chemical || Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of assigned area (Ahmedabad) to achieve targets for Construction Chemical products such as Epoxy, Waterproofing, Admixture, Adhesives, Resin, Coating, and Polyurethane.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share through effective distribution channel sales and dealer network management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans accordingly.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers while maintaining a focus on safety protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in construction chemical industry with expertise in retail sales or distribution channel sales.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; relevant certifications like PGI would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of building material industry knowledge is essential.
