Job Title: Retail Store Head (RSH)

Reports To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Position Type: Full-time

Job Overview: As a Retail Store Head (RSH), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores. You will be responsible for achieving store mapping targets, working closely with the ASM to shortlist and book SIS, and ensuring that the stores are installed and stabilized within the defined timeframes. You will also be responsible with leading a team to drive secondary sales, support painters, and build strong customer relationships to ensure the store's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Mapping & Booking:
• Achieve the store mapping targets and ensure the expansion of the store network.
• Assist the ASM in shortlisting hot prospects and booking the SIS.

• Sales & Store Stabilization:
• Stabilize the secondary sales of the stores by building strong relationships with painters.
• Support the Sales Executives (SE) in identifying target painters per store, as shared by the HO BD team.

• Painter Management:
• Train and guide SEs on how to convert XP leads via the KCs (key customers) registered in the store.
• Ensure the SEs build a robust list of painters for each store and manage them effectively.
• Review the SEs' performance in the same way the BDO reviews DGs, ensuring quality work and tracking results.

• Customer Relationship
• Work with the RPO and ASM to ensure that builders and engineers are mapped and visited regularly.

• Team Management & Coordination

• Education: Graduate / Post-graduate in Business or any related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or related sales roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of paint industry or building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
