Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability in alignment with organizational goals and priorities for the Indian market.

Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and targets for each functional area, and monitor performance against goals to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.
