We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack Developer to join our growing team at Benchmark IT Solution. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js and React.js . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the backend and frontend of scalable applications, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and quality in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Node.js for backend development and React.js for frontend.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, including writing unit and integration tests.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and suggest improvements to processes and architecture.
RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS .
- Proficiency in React.js and frontend development with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , or NoSQL databases like MongoDB .
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack , Babel , etc.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git .
- Good understanding of AWS , Docker , and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest , Mocha , or Cypress .
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
