Gen Ai- Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead with a strong background in Python and Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications, leading a team of engineers, and driving innovation in AI-based solutions. This role requires expertise in backend and frontend development, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications for Gen AI projects.
  

• Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  

• Develop and optimize AI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
  

• Implement APIs and microservices to integrate AI models with frontend applications.
  

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications.
  

• Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  

• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers for seamless integration.
  

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and full-stack development trends.
  Required Skills & Qualifications:
  

  • Proven experience (9+ years) in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Python.
    

  • Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models, etc.).
    

  • Strong backend development skills using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
    

  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
    

  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
    

  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
    

  • Knowledge of cloud services and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
    

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
