Job Description

Profile: Tech Lead

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of developers in designing and developing high-quality web applications using React and Node.js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application performance.

Review code for quality assurance and adherence to best practices.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption when suitable.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role with hands-on expertise in React and Node.js.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.

In-depth understanding of React.js and its core principles.

Expertise in server-side development using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.

Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
