Job Description
We re looking for an agile and ambitious candidate who is effective in the qualities listed below, all within a rapidly growing environment.
Our ideal candidate is based near one of our central offices located in this job posting.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Full Stack Java Developer Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, JPA/Hibernate)
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
- Understanding of database systems, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and consumption
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive Java applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work on both frontend and backend development tasks to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing user interfaces
- Integrate external web services and third-party APIs
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to the development process
