- Generative AI Solution Engineering: Design and implement generative AI models, focusing on applications like text generation, synthetic media creation, and automated content generation to address complex business needs.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for generative AI applications and drive project success.
- Continuous Enhancement: Actively seek ways to optimize model performance and efficiency, keeping scalability in mind.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Keep meticulous records of models, codes, and methodologies for future reference and collaborative learning.
- Trend Awareness: Remain abreast of the latest developments and ethical considerations in generative AI, ensuring the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative AI models, with a portfolio showcasing practical applications.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with generative AI libraries and frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of data preparation techniques specific to generative AI and experience in model training, tuning, and evaluation.
- Understanding of integration challenges and solutions for generative AI within business applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.
- Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
