Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Export Marketing Executive to join our
team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who
are eagerto build a career in internationaltrade and marketing. The candidate willplaya crucial
role in promoting our linen fabric products in global markets, identifying new business
opportunities, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚• Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and business
opportunities.
ï‚• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, business directories, and other sources.
ï‚•
Assist in developing and executing export marketing strategies to expand the company’s
global presence.
ï‚• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to introduce our linen fabric products
to potential clients.
ï‚• Handle inquiries from international clients, maintain strong relationships, and actively
follow up to engage prospects and convert them into customers.
ï‚• Build and maintain a database of potential international clients and regularly update
CRM records.
ï‚• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
ï‚• Support in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
ï‚• Manage export documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
ï‚• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize business strategies.

Requirements:
ï‚•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
ï‚• 0-1 year of experience in export marketing, international business, or sales (freshers
can apply).
ï‚• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
ï‚• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
ï‚• A basic understanding ofexport documentation and international business is preferred
but not mandatory.
ï‚• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
