An Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing and processing export documentation for an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
2. Ensure that exports are compliant with regulations and customer requirements, including customs, trade agreements, and product certifications.
3. Coordinate with the shipping and logistics departments to ensure that exports are delivered on time and at the lowest cost.
4. Develop and maintain a database of customer and supplier information, including shipping addresses and contact information.
