Job Description:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop merchandising strategies based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data.

- Assortment Planning: Analyze product performance and market insights to curate a well balanced merchandise mix that aligns with customer needs.

- Demand Forecasting: Leverage data and industry trends to predict product demand and ensure optimal stock levels.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory flow, implement replenishment strategies, and manage slow-moving stock to maintain efficiency.

- Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance for cost-effective sourcing.

- Pricing & Promotions: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and impactful promotional campaigns.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and retail teams to ensure smooth product launches and merchandising initiatives.

- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to assess sales performance, customer behavior, and merchandising effectiveness for continuous improvement.
