Job Description

Job Summary: As a Sales and Guest Service Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on both acquiring new business and nurturing existing relationships to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales Management:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand the client base.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

2. Guest Service:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via calls, emails, chat and messages and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to calls, chats, emails and messages utilizing prescribed tools and software to enhance guest communication. Manage all guests data in the database and maintain tickets for each inquiry.
  • Manage the company WhatsApp account to facilitate seamless guest interactions and support.
  • Address guest notes on reservation platforms with timely and personalized assistance.
  • Create and share customized set menu offers to guests across all Atithi locations, ensuring a uniform experience.
  • Ensure that guest needs are met, including managing special requests and resolving issues to guarantee a positive experience.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery processes on partner platforms. Update and ensure accuracy of menus on all online platforms for all locations.
  • Manage media relations in the Netherlands through email, phone, and chat.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Send group invitations on digital media platforms to foster community engagement

3. Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and guest feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for review by management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and special offers

4.Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments like HR, Accounts, operations, etc. to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience, ensure consistent service standards and achievement of team goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices


Qualifications:


1. Education: Any graduate degree


2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Experience of remote working with night shifts is preferable. Having experience of working with an international team is a plus.


3. Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Strong sales acumen with a capability to convert every inquiry into sales.
  • Ability to convey business values and advantages to prospect customers and convert them to business. Upselling skill is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with restaurant reservation and delivery platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in social media management.
  • Looking for someone with a long term commitment with the company

Note:

This is a remote position, and the candidate should be equipped to work independently, demonstrating strong communication skills and adaptability. Reliable and uninterrupted network and internet connectivity at your workplace is mandatory


Candidate needs to serve two year bond


Location: 100% remote work ** Reliable and uninterrupted network and internet connectivity at your workplace is mandatory.


Work schedule: 8 hours + 30 mins break, 6 days a week (weekends will be working) Rotating shift with European time zone.

Summer timings: Between 15:30 hrs - 02:00 hrs IST

Winters timings: Between 16:30 hrs - 03:00 hrs IST
