Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To develop & Control Sales of All India Distributors and Field Staff
• Lead a team of professionals field staff ( Sales Rep., First line Managers ) , Commission agents
• Networking of dealers for Expansion and business development.
• Promotional activities with Doctors, Physios , Retailers and Dealers.
• Manage and control the sales , budget management for ensuring cost-effective marketing, promotional activities in alignment with sales objectives

Preferred candidate profile

• Responsible for promoting and/or selling the organizations products across multiple or non-specified channels .
• Sales planning , Strategy Implementation & Execution for desired result .
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistency in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, trends, and market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional events, product launches, and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
• Optimize resources and allocate budgets for marketing, events, and promotional activities in alignment with sales objectives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive results through a team.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
• To manage Sales Expense ratio as targeted to make the sales profitable.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives to achieve
sales objectives.
