Role & responsibilities

• P&L Management: Oversee hospital revenue, budgeting, and financial performance to drive profitability.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Marketing & Business Development: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient acquisition, and service expansion.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless hospital operations.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards, regulatory norms, and patient safety protocols.
• Leadership & Team Development: Mentor hospital administrators, clinical teams, and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Technology & Innovation: Leverage digital solutions to improve patient experience and hospital efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/MHA or equivalent degree in Hospital/Healthcare Management.
• 15+ years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in P&L management, cost control, marketing, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI accreditation, and hospital administration.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive operational efficiencies and scale up business growth.
