Position: Vice President - Operations

We are seeking an experienced VP of Operations to lead our Plant Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant performance, strategic planning, and execution to meet our annual revenue and operational targets.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end automatic plant operations and ensure optimal productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business growth and efficiency.
• Manage the supply chain and logistics for seamless global operations.
• Lead and monitor operations planning, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive compliance with international standards in food safety, quality, and sustainability.


Qualifications & Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing (Preferably Spices & Herbs).
• Proven experience in automatic plant management and global supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Familiarity with export markets (USA, UK, Europe, UAE, Canada) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
