Senior Associate - Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Performing Industry specific analysis Evaluation of market size, end user industries, key growth drivers, competitive landscape, key merits & challenges for the industry
• Conducting primary (warm and cold leads) and secondary analysis for sizing the market / industry and competitor analysis
• Preparing notes and minutes of meetings for client meetings, target meetings and primaries
• Ability to showcase sector know-how and purpose creative alternatives to clients.
• Managing small modules of work within the entire assignment / engagement
• Financial modelling and Business plan creation support
• Global industry landscaping, bench marking of key players
• Business development / proposal support for companies, PE etc. for Strategy & commercial due diligence needs
• Creating Points of view for various industries / sub-sectors with industries
• Pitching to create new client relationship
• Build Relationship with companies, Industry experts to capture market intelligence of the sector and evaluate investment opportunities
