BDO - Senior Associate - Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence (1-5 yrs)

Core Role & Responsibilities:

- Performing Industry specific analysis - Evaluation of market size, end user industries, key growth drivers, competitive landscape, key merits & challenges for the industry

- Conducting primary (warm and cold leads) and secondary analysis for sizing the market / industry and competitor analysis

- Preparing notes and minutes of meetings for client meetings, target meetings and primaries

- Ability to showcase sector know-how and purpose creative alternatives to clients.

- Managing small modules of work within the entire assignment / engagement

- Financial modelling and Business plan creation support

- Global industry landscaping, bench marking of key players

- Business development / proposal support for companies, PE etc. for Strategy & commercial due diligence needs

- Creating Points of view for various industries / sub-sectors with industries

- Pitching to create new client relationship

- Build Relationship with companies, Industry experts to capture market intelligence of the sector and evaluate investment opportunities
