Role & responsibilities
1. Information gathering: Gather data from various sources and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinate with multiple partners to obtain necessary information while maintaining effective communication channels.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data processing and analysis to prepare monthly MIS statements as per prescribed formats. Prepare detailed and visually appealing reports using Excel and other relevant tools and identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable recommendations.
3. Presentation Preparation: Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences to effectively communicate the relevant subject matter.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the other Business Operations team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
