Role & responsibilities

1. 7+ years of experience in an outsourced operations environment.
2. Understanding of USGAAP/ IFRS and financial statement preparation.
3. Ability to lead a team in a deadline-driven environment, handle multiple projects, and focus on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
4. Month-end close management experience is a must.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Ideal candidates should have a CA background in Finance and Accounts, exposure to USGAAP/ IFRS, and expertise in financial statement preparation.
2. Previous experience with Big4/Large consulting firms is a plus.

Must have more then 2-3 years experience in People Management

Notice Period /Qualification

1. Immediate Joiners Preferred

2. Must be CA Qualified
