Senior Analyst BCG Vantage, Transform

• As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage within BCG Transform - BCG s transformation, turnaround and restructuring business you will work in a growing global team, providing industry/functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory
• You ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues
• Additionally, you will support the Regional Business Manager (APAC) in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets
• You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications
• As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team

• 2+ years of consulting experience
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Passion for, and ability to quickly develop skills and knowledge in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, change management and other related fields
• Sound understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet financial KPIs
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
• Proficiency in one or more data analysis tool, eg, Tableau, Alteryx will be an advantage
• Ability to build & maintain a strong internal network
• Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills, able to work well with range of people and able to communicate with all levels of seniority
• Ability to operate/influence effectively in a matrix organization as an autonomous, self-starter
• Good stakeholder management and influencing skills, business acumen
• Masters degree preferred with superior problem-solving skills
• Native or equivalent Hindi language skills
